Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping destination. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
Customs and Duties (US Orders)
For orders shipped to the United States, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. GEM Online has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
